To request a Certificate of Completion or Transcript, complete the following information and click Submit.  Fields with an (*) are required to process your request.  Please submit requests after you have completed the course.  Requests will take up to 14 business days to process. If your request needs to be mailed overseas, please allow an additional 14 days for shipping. NOTE: Transcripts are for noncredit courses only.
