The DiSC® Certified Trainer designation provides you with credentials that demonstrate your in-depth understanding of DiSC and its applications. It ensures that you are grounded in the newest DiSC research and provides a way for you to demonstrate your commitment to excellence and innovation.

You’ll be able to deliver your own DiSC training, coaching, and consulting sessions knowing you have a complete understanding of DiSC. Although a certification is not required to use the DiSC tool, it is highly recommended to ensure proper usage of the tool and to maximize the results of the information.Benefits to our program:

During the workshop you will be immersed in the history, theory, and interpretation of DiSC. You’ll thoroughly review the resources available to conduct DiSC learning. You’ll have hands-on practice crafting a wide range of DiSC solutions.

This certification workshop is being conducted by Dr. Mimi Hull & Associates in conjunction with Valencia Enterprises.  Dr. Mimi Hull & Associates is an Authorized Distributor of Inscape Publishing.  She is also a licensed psychologist, leads the team at Hull & Associates, a certified minority woman-owned organization, doing training/facilitation, consultation and speaking. Dr. Hull is a recognized authority in DiSC, having been a national DiSC trainer who has literally certified hundreds of trainers and consultants in DiSC. She is also an expert in the field of human relations training and is regularly quoted in local and national publications. Dr. Hull is often called upon to speak, consult and train other trainers in the fields of psychometrics (testing), relationships, team building, organizational development, customer service, diversity and leadership. Hull & Associates draws on the expertise of consultants, speakers, facilitators and trainers from a variety of business, psychological, educational and not-for-profit backgrounds to serve both large and small organizations.
